    Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association Canada and Humanity First Canada teamed up to transform a bus into a mobile shelter for the homeless, complete with 20 beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom, internet, and more. The program is called Shelter Bus and, since launching in December 2019, has served over 1,000 people and reaches up to 50 people a day. The bus has been described as "heaven" by some guests, and they are now planning to have 3 buses by the next year.

The app is a completely free resource that aims to offer another perspective in stock photography, which tends to err cis-gendered, able-bodied, and thin. Their photos now have more than 76,000 downloads and over 24 million views, and the creators and models look forward to shooting many more scenes as "an act of resistance."

    As prison populations have increased dramatically since the 1980s, prisons have outsourced inmate health care to private companies, like CorrectHealth, to save money. While it is the most incentivizing when it comes to cost, this is only possible because private companies have to have the lowest bid – meaning they skimp on spending for inmates in the long run. The result has shown to be not just a decrease in the health care services offered to inmates, but more litigation for companies providing allegedly inadequate care.
